The ECO series is the economical foundation for your label production. It is deliberately designed to be compact and straightforward, allowing you to start producing blank rolls immediately without extensive operator training. Despite its compact design, it provides the necessary robustness.
Cost-Efficient Blank Label Production
The system is designed as a cost-effective entry-level model. It is ideally suited for the production of standard paper or film labels while maintaining a clear and efficient machine concept.
Robust Die-Cutting Technology
The robust die-cutting unit enables easy production of almost any label shape. Thanks to the quick change of magnetic cylinders, you remain flexible in your production. Rotometrics Hydrajacks pressure gauges can be fitted at any time and can help to extend tool life.
Efficient Slitting
Easily adjustable slitting knives guarantee precise cuts with minimal setup effort. Thanks to the quick blade change, the machine is immediately ready for use again when changing formats.
Reliable Converting
The finished labels are neatly rewound onto pneumatic shafts. Thanks to interchangeable rewind shafts from 19 mm to 152 mm, the machine can be flexibly adapted to any customer core diameter. The standard configuration includes a 76 mm shaft.
