C Series

The C series is designed as a robust high-performance machine for the fast and economical production of blank labels as well as die-cutting of pre-printed material. Fully servo-driven and highly modular, it handles virtually any material — from simple paper labels to demanding plastic substrates.

Key Features

Efficient Label
Converting

The C series avoids unnecessary technical complexity and focuses on speed and reliability. With web speeds of up to 300 m/min, it is the ideal solution for high volumes in logistics, retail or food & beverage.
Die-Cutting Technology
Depending on the model, the machine features one or two die-cutting stations. Solid dies can be used in the die station. Optional pressure sensors allow you to control die-cutting pressure and extend the service life of your tools.
Flexible Slitting System
The integrated cassette-type slitting system enables quick tool changes. You can choose between shear cutting knives and razor knives to slit a wide range of substrates.
Versatile Additional Configurations
If required, the base machine can be equipped with up to two flexo printing units, inkjet numbering, missing label detection, a stroboscope, or various rewinding modules.
Register Control
All machines in the C-series can be equipped with a register control system for die-cutting pre-printed webs. The system enables precise processing at operating speeds of up to 150 m/min.
