By integrating leading camera systems (e.g. BST, Nikka or AVT), the running web is continuously compared with the master file. The system detects even the smallest print defects, missing labels or color deviations and ensures 100% inspected roll quality.

As soon as a defect is detected, the machine stops automatically. The servo control positions the defect exactly at the editing table. The operator can quickly correct the defect before the web accelerates back to production speed.

While the horizontal design offers ergonomic operation on a single level, the vertical version uses floor space more efficiently. Both versions are based on the same architecture and provide identical inspection performance.

After inspection, the web can be slit directly into narrow lanes. With different knife options (scissor or razor blade cutting), rolls are finished in a single operation — inspected, slit and rewound.
