xCut Series

The xCUT series is our answer to the requirements of digital printing. It combines precise die-cutting with efficient finishing processes, enabling you to complete even short runs economically and with the highest quality.

Precise Finishing for
Digital Labels

The xCUT series is the link between digital printing and the finished roll. We developed the machine to combine complex processes such as die-cutting, varnishing, and cutting in a very compact unit while keeping operation simple.
Flexible Die-Cutting for Digital Printing
The series operates either semi-rotary or full-rotary to process pre-printed rolls accurately. With register control and a 16-inch magnetic cylinder, labels can be die-cut reliably with short setup times.
Finishing in a Single Pass
With the xCUT PRO, UV varnishing, lamination or cold foil printing can be applied directly in one go. You apply finishing to your digital prints and deliver fully finished rolls directly from the machine.
Efficient Job Management
The machine control includes a job memory that stores up to 36 different jobs, significantly reducing setup time when switching between short runs.
Compact Converting
Despite its wide range of functions, the machine maintains a compact footprint and performs slitting and rewinding directly after die-cutting.
