Printing, die-cutting, and sheeting are carried out in a compact configuration within a single production machine. The system features a dual die-cutting station, which can optionally be used for die-cutting in roll format or configured as a sheeting unit.

The servo-driven flexo printing unit enables full-surface varnishing or single-colour printing directly inline. Thanks to the optional turn bar, reverse-side printing is also possible.

In the 440 mm version, the machine is optimized for two-lane A4 production. It achieves speeds of up to 110 m/min, supporting the high volumes required in e.g. logistics and retail.

All machines in the IQ series can be equipped with a register control system for die-cutting pre-printed material. The system enables precise processing at operating speeds of up to 150 m/min.
