This compact machine has been specifically developed for label converting and enables both slitting and rewinding in a single operation, resulting in an efficient and space-saving production process.

Focus on inspection
and converting

With this machine, we have eliminated everything that distracts the operator and instead focused on precise web handling and reliable defect detection. This ensures error-free delivery while saving time on every job change thanks to its simple, straightforward operation.
Inspection Specialist
Optionally, the system can be equipped with a stroboscopic inspection unit to reliably monitor print quality. For higher quality requirements, a camera-based inspection system with an additional buffer and inspection table is available, including an integrated waste rewinder for the safe removal of defective labels.
Versatile Material Processing
The system processes classic self-adhesive labels as precisely as extremely thin mono-films, BOPP or linerless labels. Antistatic devices and a grooved tension roller ensure precise rewinding without air entrapment.
Flexible Camera Choice
The B series is designed as an open system that allows you to choose freely between different manufacturers such as BST Tubescan, Nikka or E+L Smartscan. This enables you to integrate exactly the inspection technology your customers require or your operators already know.
Compact Converting
After inspection, the machine performs slitting and rewinding in a single operation. Optional dual rewinders or semi-turret operation increase the output of finished rolls without requiring additional floor space.
